Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fingerforge.games (the “Site”), the game Forge Castle (the “Game”), our game servers, and the official FingerForge Discord (together, the “Services”).

By using any of the Services you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Playing the Game is also governed by the more specific Game Terms. Where those conflict with this page on a game-only topic, the Game Terms win.

2. Who we are

FingerForge Games is an independent game studio based in Poland. We operate the Site and develop Forge Castle. There is no parent company and no advertising network behind this.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s consent. By using the Services you confirm you meet the minimum age in your country.

4. Accounts

A Forge Castle account is created when you play and, if you choose, when you sign in with Google. One person, one account. Selling, sharing, or transferring accounts is not allowed.

You are responsible for the device and the Google account you use to sign in. We never ask for your Google password — Google handles that sign-in. We issue our own player token afterwards.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, the Game Terms, or the Discord rules. Cheating, hate speech, and multi-accounting are permanent.

5. Early Access

Forge Castle is currently in Early Access (version 0.1). That is a real, playable game — and also a work in progress.

When Early Access ends and version 1.0 ships, all in-game progress is wiped. Gold, heroes, crafts, ranking, and related save data from Early Access will not be migrated into the launch economy. Numbers will change too much for a fair carry-over.

Players who take part in Early Access will receive a launch thank-you. The exact reward is not locked yet. It will be one or more of: exclusive in-game avatars, a Discord role that survives launch, or a medal on the in-game profile. We will not invent a fake reward today to sell the wipe.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site or game servers
• Use cheats, modified clients, bots, macros, or exploits. Report exploits; do not use them
• Harass anyone, or post hate speech, slurs, NSFW, or shock content on the Services
• Spam, advertise, or send unsolicited DMs through our community
• Impersonate FingerForge Games or its staff
• Trade accounts or in-game progress for real money

The Discord has its own channel rules. Breaking them can get you muted, kicked, or banned from the server, the Game, or both.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, the Game, names, logos, art, audio, and code belong to FingerForge Games or our licensors. You may share links and use screenshots for non-commercial fan or editorial use if you credit FingerForge Games. You may not redistribute the Game, its assets, or server data.

Usernames, guild names, and similar text stay yours, but you give us a licence to display them in the Game and on the Site (leaderboards, profiles) for as long as they are there.

8. Virtual items

In-game items, currencies, and cosmetics are licensed to you for use inside the Game. They have no real-world cash value. We may change, rebalance, or remove systems. Early Access progress is covered by section 5.

8a. Website payments

VIP, supporter tiers (Bronze / Silver / Gold) and cosmetics sold on fingerforge.games are charged by Adyen, not by Google Play. Those purchases are optional. The Game stays fully playable without them. VIP is quality-of-life and cosmetics — it does not buy power.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel from the account page; access lasts until the end of the period you already paid. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts; for digital content delivered immediately we will ask you to agree that delivery starts now, which waives that right for that item as the law allows.

A purchase on the Site is tied to your FingerForge account (Google sign-in). It is not a Google Play purchase and is not refunded through Google Play.

9. The Site

The Site is for information, accounts, and community. The contact form is for genuine messages. Do not use it to spam.

We may link to Discord, YouTube, X, and similar. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular rank, or that Early Access content will exist unchanged in 1.0. To the fullest extent Polish and EU law allow, FingerForge Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the Services. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the current version. Material changes will be noted on the Site or Discord. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes go to Polish courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights that cannot be waived.
