Rules of the forge. Fair play for everyone.
By downloading, installing, or playing StickCastle ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not play the Game. These Terms apply in addition to the platform terms (Google Play).
These Terms may be updated. We will notify players via in-game notice or Discord. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to play StickCastle. Players under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By playing, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
🚫 Multiple accounts (multi-accounting) = permanent ban. Creating more than one account per person — whether to gain unfair advantages, bypass a ban, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. FingerForge Games is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
Accounts may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person.
StickCastle is for everyone. We enforce the following rules strictly and without exception:
🚫 Hate speech & offensive language. Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, religious, or otherwise discriminatory language in any player-visible context (username, guild name, chat) = immediate ban.
🚫 Harassment & threats. Bullying, threatening, or repeatedly targeting another player = ban.
🚫 Cheating & exploiting. Use of hacks, modified APKs, macros, or deliberately exploiting bugs without reporting them = permanent ban. We will also actively pursue legal action in egregious cases.
🚫 Real-money trading (RMT). Selling, buying, or trading in-game items, accounts, or currencies for real money = permanent ban.
⚠️ Inappropriate names. Usernames, guild names, or character names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate FingerForge Games staff will be force-renamed or the account suspended pending review.
⚠️ Bug reporting. If you discover a bug that could be exploited, report it via the contact form rather than exploiting it. Good-faith reporters will not be penalised.
Bans and sanctions are issued at the sole discretion of FingerForge Games. All enforcement actions are final for permanent bans in the case of cheating, hate speech, or multi-accounting.
For all other sanctions (temporary bans, name resets, warnings), you may appeal by submitting a request through the contact form with subject "Game Feedback / Appeal". We will review appeals within 7 business days.
We do not reverse bans via Discord DMs, social media, or email — all appeals must go through the contact form.
All in-game items, currencies, cosmetics, and progress belong to FingerForge Games and are licensed to you for personal use within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Game.
FingerForge Games reserves the right to modify, balance, remove, or adjust any in-game item or system at any time. No compensation is provided for balance changes.
StickCastle offers an optional VIP subscription ("VIP") at $1.99 / month (price may vary by region). VIP provides quality-of-life features and cosmetics only. It does not provide power advantages over free players.
VIP is billed monthly through Google Play. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Monthly VIP cosmetics (skins, avatars) are exclusive to subscribers at the time of issue. Subscribers who maintain consecutive months receive milestone rewards. These rewards are non-transferable and tied to the account.
FingerForge Games commits to ensuring that no VIP feature provides a gameplay power advantage. Free players and VIP players compete on equal terms. This is a core design principle and will not change.
All support requests, bug reports, ban appeals, and account issues must be submitted through the contact form on fingerforge.games. We do not provide support via Discord DMs, social media messages, or direct email — all requests go through the form to ensure fair and trackable handling.
Response time: within 48 business hours for general inquiries; up to 7 business days for ban appeals.
If the Game allows custom guild names, usernames, or other user-generated text, you retain ownership of your content but grant FingerForge Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it within the Game. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Data collected by the Game (account data, gameplay statistics, device information) is governed by our Privacy Policy. The game connects to FingerForge Games servers to enable leaderboards, guilds, and account sync. Connection to our servers requires an internet connection and a linked Google account (via Google Play).
The Game is provided "as is". FingerForge Games does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific features, or the long-term availability of the Game or servers. We reserve the right to shut down servers with 30 days notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FingerForge Games shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.
Pobierając, instalując lub grając w StickCastle („Gra"), akceptujesz niniejszy Regulamin. Jeśli się nie zgadzasz, nie graj. Regulamin obowiązuje niezależnie od warunków platformy (Google Play).
Regulamin może być aktualizowany. O zmianach informujemy w grze lub na Discordzie. Dalsze granie po aktualizacji oznacza akceptację nowych warunków.
Aby grać w StickCastle, musisz mieć ukończone 13 lat. Gracze poniżej 18. roku życia powinni posiadać zgodę rodzica lub opiekuna. Grając, potwierdzasz spełnienie minimalnych wymagań wiekowych obowiązujących w Twoim kraju.
🚫 Wielokrotne konta (multi-accounting) = permanentny ban. Zakładanie więcej niż jednego konta — niezależnie od celu: zdobycia przewagi, obejścia bana itp. — jest surowo zabronione i skutkuje trwałym zbanowaniem wszystkich powiązanych kont.
Odpowiadasz za bezpieczeństwo swoich danych logowania. Nie udostępniaj konta innym osobom. FingerForge Games nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za straty wynikające z nieautoryzowanego dostępu spowodowanego Twoim zaniedbaniem.
Konta nie mogą być sprzedawane, darowane ani przekazywane innym osobom.
StickCastle jest dla wszystkich. Poniższe zasady egzekwujemy surowo i bez wyjątków:
🚫 Mowa nienawiści i obraźliwy język. Treści rasistowskie, seksistowskie, homofobiczne, transfobiczne, dyskryminujące religijnie lub w inny sposób — w dowolnym widocznym dla gracza miejscu (nick, nazwa gildii, chat) = natychmiastowy ban.
🚫 Nękanie i groźby. Prześladowanie, grożenie lub celowe atakowanie innego gracza = ban.
🚫 Cheating i exploitowanie. Używanie hacków, zmodyfikowanych APK, makr lub celowe wykorzystywanie błędów bez ich zgłoszenia = permanentny ban. W poważnych przypadkach zastrzegamy sobie prawo do działań prawnych.
🚫 Handel za prawdziwe pieniądze (RMT). Sprzedawanie, kupowanie lub handel przedmiotami, kontami lub walutami w grze za prawdziwe pieniądze = permanentny ban.
⚠️ Nieodpowiednie nazwy. Nicki, nazwy gildii lub postaci, które są obraźliwe, wprowadzają w błąd lub podszywają się pod pracowników FingerForge Games — zostaną przymusowo zmienione lub konto zawieszone.
⚠️ Zgłaszanie błędów. Jeśli znajdziesz błąd możliwy do wykorzystania, zgłoś go przez formularz kontaktowy zamiast go exploitować. Gracze działający w dobrej wierze nie będą karani.
Bany i sankcje są nakładane według uznania FingerForge Games. W przypadku cheatingu, mowy nienawiści i multi-accountingu decyzje są ostateczne i nieodwołalne.
Od pozostałych sankcji (tymczasowe bany, reset nazwy, ostrzeżenia) można się odwołać przez formularz kontaktowy z tematem „Zgłoszenie błędu / Odwołanie". Rozpatrujemy odwołania w ciągu 7 dni roboczych.
Banów nie cofamy przez Discord DM, media społecznościowe ani e-mail — wszystkie odwołania przechodzą przez formularz.
Wszystkie przedmioty, waluty, kosmetyki i postęp w grze należą do FingerForge Games i są licencjonowane Tobie do osobistego użytku w Grze. Nie mają wartości pieniężnej i nie mogą być przenoszone ani sprzedawane poza Grą.
FingerForge Games zastrzega sobie prawo do modyfikowania, balansowania, usuwania lub zmiany dowolnego przedmiotu lub systemu w grze w dowolnym momencie. Zmiany balansu nie podlegają odszkodowaniu.
StickCastle oferuje opcjonalną subskrypcję VIP za 1,99 USD / miesiąc (cena może różnić się w zależności od regionu). VIP zapewnia wyłącznie funkcje QoL i kosmetyki — nie daje przewagi w rozgrywce nad graczami f2p.
VIP jest rozliczany miesięcznie przez Google Play. Możesz anulować w dowolnym momencie — dostęp trwa do końca opłaconego okresu. Zwroty za niepełne miesiące nie są dokonywane.
Miesięczne nagrody VIP (skórki, avatary) są ekskluzywne dla subskrybentów w momencie wydania. Za kolejne miesiące subskrypcji przysługują nagrody milestones. Nagrody są nieprzenoszalne i przypisane do konta.
FingerForge Games zobowiązuje się, że żadna funkcja VIP nie będzie dawać przewagi w rozgrywce. Gracze f2p i VIP rywalizują na równych zasadach. To jest fundamentalna zasada projektu i się nie zmieni.
Wszystkie prośby o pomoc, zgłoszenia błędów, odwołania i problemy z kontem należy kierować przez formularz kontaktowy na fingerforge.games. Nie świadczymy wsparcia przez Discord DM, media społecznościowe ani bezpośredni e-mail — wszystkie zgłoszenia przechodzą przez formularz w celu sprawiedliwego i monitorowalnego rozpatrywania.
Czas odpowiedzi: do 48 godzin roboczych dla ogólnych zapytań; do 7 dni roboczych dla odwołań od banów.
Dane zbierane przez Grę (dane konta, statystyki rozgrywki, informacje o urządzeniu) podlegają naszej Polityce prywatności.
Gra jest udostępniana „w stanie takim, jaki jest". FingerForge Games nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanego dostępu ani długoterminowej dostępności Gry. Serwery mogą zostać zamknięte z 30-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.
W maksymalnym zakresie dopuszczonym przez prawo FingerForge Games nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za pośrednie ani wynikowe szkody związane z korzystaniem z Gry.
Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Prawa konsumenta wynikające z prawa UE pozostają nienaruszone.
